Dreams make their utmost effort to reveal the hidden things that occur in people's daily lives and work; they inspire people, giving them a fresh understanding of themselves and the world. What are dreams? What do dreams tell us? Why do premonitions align so remarkably with reality? Dreams are codes, transmitting mysterious messages. Science helps unveil the mystery of dreams. Dreams are a very special spiritual phenomenon of the human body, and thus also a very special phenomenon in human spiritual life. People's reflections on dreams belong to a kind of "response" and "examination" of themselves, and thus also a form of self-awareness. Humanity's exploration of dreams reflects the human spirit's curiosity and the relentless pursuit of truth. Throughout history, in every era, country, and nation, people have relied on their wisdom to conduct fruitful research on dreams. These studies reflect the understanding of nature and themselves at the time, as well as providing new clues and more material for future generations. In the face of dreams, people no longer despair as they once did, nor are they afraid of unseen spirits lurking in the shadows. Dreams can not only be understood but also controlled to serve their purposes. To achieve this, we must master the correct methods of dream interpretation so as not to misinterpret their meaning. Science can help unveil the mystery of dreams. This book explains how to scientifically interpret dreams using the principles and methods of psychoanalysis. Since dreams are a very special phenomenon in human spiritual life, the interpretation of dreams is not fixed and varies from person to person. What we call experience is merely a generalization of some patterns, serving as a reference only. Readers must judge whether the interpretation of dreams is reliable and applicable to themselves. I believe that clever readers will understand and interpret dreams based on their own experience and knowledge. Trying to interpret a meaningful dream for oneself or a friend is also a worthwhile and enjoyable endeavor.
