Features: As the saying goes, "If you read 300 poems of Tang Dynasty, you won’t write poems but you’ll recite them." This shows the importance of recitation. Referring to the Chinese language textbooks for primary and secondary schools and the recommended ancient poetry recitation list by the Ministry of Education, while considering the reading interests of children and teenagers, we have carefully compiled this series of "Children's Recitation Series." The aim is to provide some assistance for primary and secondary school students in learning ancient poetry, idioms, famous quotes, as well as the "Four Books" and "Five Classics," to broaden their knowledge, expand their horizons, and enhance their cultural literacy. The selected works are mostly well-known masterpieces passed down through generations, rich in rhythm, easy to recite, accompanied by colorful illustrations, and annotated. Pinyin is added based on the modern Mandarin pronunciation, ancient pronunciation is appropriately marked according to meaning and rhyme, and intonation changes (excluding idioms) and light tones are adjusted according to relevant standards, making it convenient for students to read and for parents to guide their children.
