Features: To implement the "Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China" and prevent the pollution of atmospheric and residential environments caused by cooking fume from the catering industry, this standard has been formulated. This standard specifies the maximum allowable emission concentration of cooking fume from catering units and the minimum removal efficiency of cooking fume purification equipment. The content of this standard (including the implementation date) is equivalent to the "Discharge Standard for Cooking Fume from Catering Industry" (Trial) (GWPB5-2000) issued by the State Environmental Protection Administration on February 29, 2000. This standard replaces GWPB5-2000 upon its implementation. This standard is interpreted by the State Environmental Protection Administration.
