Features: Under the commission of the National Development and Reform Commission, China Electric Power Planning & Research Institute, based on the 2003 horizontal limit design cost index, compiled the limit design cost and adjustment index for conventional coal-fired power plants, transmission and transformation engineering projects, as well as the settlement cost index for 2003–2004, and the reference cost for 300MW-class gas-steam combined cycle power generation units and ±500kV 300MW converter stations. This reflects the construction cost level of transmission and transformation engineering projects in 2004 and the cost changes from 2003 to 2004. Additionally, some adjustment modules were added to the 2003 limit design reference cost index based on actual project conditions, and the reference electricity price was adjusted. The reference cost index is applicable to coal-fired units of 300MW and 600MW grades, gas-steam combined cycle power generation units of 300MW grade, and transmission and transformation projects of 220–500kV. This book is intended for investment, design, and management personnel of the above projects to use as a reference.
