The legislation of this local regulation has always attracted widespread attention from the public, with extensive public participation and public opinions being fully incorporated into the legislative content, specifically reflecting the requirements of the "Law of Legislation" that "legislation should reflect the will of the people, promote socialist democracy, and guarantee people's participation in legislative activities through various channels."

It is hoped that by strengthening the public's understanding and awareness of the new regulation, citizens' awareness of the law and compliance will be enhanced, contributing to the formation of a good traffic environment for "New Beijing, New Olympics."
