Features: The problem of life is an eternal theme in philosophy. Throughout history, countless people have devoted their thoughts to it, and many have tirelessly sought answers. Except for the preface and conclusion, the book is divided into four chapters.
Chapter 1: "A Life of Culture" attempts to view humans as products of culture and life as a life of culture. The author believes that culture is the self-realization of human nature and reflects the continuous process of human self-liberation. As an expression of life, culture not only reflects the image of humans but also shapes and enriches life.
Chapter 2: "A Life of Creating Value" explores the "value for oneself" and "value for others" of humans from the perspective of axiology, and elaborates on the social dimension of value realization, discussing how people consciously pursue the highest value—life, freedom, and dignity.
Chapter 3: "A Life of Suffering and Joy" examines the dialectics of success and failure, happiness and pain, disappointment and hope, and misfortune and fortune, clarifying the value of negative experiences in life and possible ways to establish a positive attitude toward life.
Chapter 4: "A Transcendent Life" discusses the importance of creating and enjoying life with an aesthetic attitude and a transcendent spirit, starting from the triple unity of heaven, earth, and humans. It highlights the significance of an aesthetic life in elevating human.
