The United States Military Academy at West Point is renowned for its strict discipline and decisive actions. Looking back at the early development and rapid growth of 200 American companies, they all adopted the management model of the United States Military Academy at West Point and fully integrated it into their operational systems, proposing the "Work Ethic of Abandoning Any Excuses." Why Abandon Any Excuse has become a classic work that guides countless business leaders is because it eliminates many workplace "excuse syndromes," allowing people to find self-righteous justifications for their failures. An excuse may appear to alleviate work pressure and mistakes on the surface, but those who rely on it will never achieve success. In countless successful cases in the business world, the phrase "There is no excuse for not completing your plans and achievements—this is the most effective work experience" is etched. The significance of this book lies in fully revealing the dangers of excuses, using practical and powerful examples to demonstrate: at no time should one succumb to the temporary comfort that excuses bring!
