Part 2 covers microfinance, which includes the fundamental knowledge, theories, and policy perspectives of financial markets and institutions. The interaction between financial markets and institutions is one of the focal points of current financial development, and a dedicated chapter is devoted to this discussion. Part 3 discusses the creation mechanism of modern money. Understanding the creation mechanism of modern money is key to recognizing the inseparable connection between microfinance and macrofinance. Part 4 covers macrofinance, including the fundamental knowledge, theories, and policy perspectives of internal and external monetary balance and the basic principles surrounding monetary policy. It emphasizes incorporating theoretical approaches to macroeconomic regulation and international coordination. Part 5 addresses financial regulation. Part 6 presents important financial theories that are not suitable for inclusion in the preceding parts but hold fundamental and practical significance.
