Therefore, its system and content arrangement assume that students are already familiar with the basic knowledge of microeconomics and macroeconomics. If teaching segments need to be divided, chapters 1 to 4 can be considered as Part I, focusing on the general principles of public sector economic activities; chapters 5 to 7 can be considered as Part II, focusing on the operational principles of public revenue and expenditure activities; chapters 8 to 12 can be considered as Part III, focusing on the theories and institutional frameworks of the two main forms of public revenue—taxation and public debt; chapters 13 to 14 can be considered as Part IV, focusing on the relationship between public sector economic activities and macroeconomic operation, as well as the mechanism of the former's impact on the latter.●This book can also be used for training government department staff or self-study, with adjustments made as needed.●Due to limited level and time, this book may inevitably contain errors and inappropriate places, and we sincerely welcome your criticism and corrections.
