The book follows the chapter order of the "Compulsory Provisions." Except for the main text, each chapter includes an "Overview." The "Overview" includes the following content: an overview of the Compulsory Provisions in the 2002 version of each chapter; a comparative analysis with the corresponding chapters of the 2000 version; and an elaboration on the key technical control points of the chapter (reflecting completeness, overall control, systematicity, process control links, and targeted technical measures).
In the explanations of specific Compulsory Provisions in each chapter, the content of "Technical Key Points Explanation" and "Implementation and Inspection Control" are discussed separately, facilitating the "systematic mastery" and "comprehensive and accurate understanding" of the Compulsory Provisions by the implementers.
New provisions approved after the publication of the 2002 version, which replace or supplement the corresponding content of the 2002 version, are written in this book with the new provision content and annotated with the new standard number.
At the end of each chapter, a summary of the key inspection points of the Compulsory Provisions in each chapter is compiled for reference. This makes the book's content both convenient for accurate understanding and ensures correct implementation.
