This issue is the most pressing reality in China today and a key focus of discussion in the field of economic theory. In recent years, the "Three Rural Issues" have been the primary focus of the author's research. While conducting theoretical research, the author has also carried out a series of field investigations in rural areas with varying levels of development across different provinces and cities. Based on these efforts, a set of theoretical and practical approaches to addressing the "Three Rural Issues" has been summarized. The author has engaged in numerous discussions and exchanges with other experts and scholars on various conferences related to the "Three Rural Issues."
