Features: To accurately reflect the achievements of the Jiangsu Provincial Courts (including the Higher and Intermediate People's Courts) in the reform of intellectual property adjudication in recent years, we have compiled the book "Case Analysis of Intellectual Property." The purpose of this book is to promote in-depth research on judicial practices across the province, promptly summarize experience in intellectual property adjudication, strengthen theoretical research in applied law, and enhance the level of intellectual property adjudication. The 45 case judgments included in this book were carefully selected by the Civil Third Tribunal of the provincial court based on the summary, induction, and analysis of concluded cases since the tribunal's establishment in 1995. The content covers various types of intellectual property disputes, including patent rights, copyright, trademark rights, unfair competition, trade secrets, and technology contracts. These cases were written by judicial experts from both levels of courts in our province. Each case combines judicial practice with in-depth legal analysis and legislative research on relevant legal issues, providing valuable reference and guidance for courts at all levels in handling similar cases. The publication of this book represents another new attempt by the Civil Third Tribunal of the provincial court to strengthen the guidance and supervision of intellectual property adjudication across the province and conduct applied legal research. It serves as a public display of outstanding case judgments and judicial achievements in our province's intellectual property adjudication, reflecting the true level of intellectual property adjudication in the province. It also summarizes and generalizes the years of judicial experience, playing a significant role in guiding the future development of intellectual property adjudication work.
