Features: In my research, I strive to focus on the following aspects of ink use: , primarily using legal research methods supplemented by finance, achieving an organic integration of the two research methods. This is necessary for the research. The issue of financial services trade under the WTO is both a legal issue and a financial and economic issue. The establishment and interpretation of legal systems require orientation towards economic and financial development, while conducting financial services trade within the WTO framework requires adherence to its rules and regulations on financial services trade. Combining legal and economic research methods, on one hand, allows research findings to transcend the limitations of legal interpretation, examining WTO financial services trade issues from deeper and broader perspectives and grounding conclusions on a solid and robust foundation of economics and finance. On the other hand, it ensures that the discussion on the strategies for China's financial industry development after joining the WTO is well-founded, with clear standards and benchmarks, avoiding baseless claims and making the research rigorous and substantial. Second, the research must be both systematic and in-depth, striving to propose development strategies for China's financial industry after joining the WTO that are tailored to China's actual conditions and provide practical reference value.
