There are too many problems in the world, yet too few people willing to solve them. Therefore, the author believes that the truly frightening thing is "having problems but no will!" But he believes that as long as there is a will, problems will decrease. Imagine if there were more concern, sincerity, patience, enthusiasm, love, and confidence in the world, along with more compassion, responsibility, tolerance, remorse, justice, and benevolence, then how many difficult problems could be resolved! In that case, problems would still exist, but they would not lead to despair or discouragement. In that case, challenges would still exist, but they could be approached with ease and freedom.
