Features: The competition in modern economy can largely be said to be a competition of entrepreneurial qualities. To build and expand enterprises and promote economic development, the key lies in the "Three Ones": a truly capable and proactive entrepreneur, a marketable product and a product innovation system that adapts to the market and meets market demands, and a market-oriented operation mechanism that revolves around and adapts to the market. The crux of this lies in people, in entrepreneurs who manage businesses effectively.
Because case studies are so important, and because promoting Jiangxi's economic development requires a large number of wise, ambitious, and capable business leaders, I advocate for the compilation of the book How They Succeeded. It systematically introduces practical case studies of well-known domestic and international enterprises and entrepreneurs in China and Jiangxi, providing reading material for leaders at all levels, especially entrepreneurs aspiring to start businesses. This aims to enrich their entrepreneurial knowledge, broaden their perspectives, and enhance their ability to navigate modern economic development.
The book features dozens of successful entrepreneurs, though their entrepreneurial experiences, methods of success, and achievements vary, I believe they share four common traits:
1. They are adept at deeply understanding the situation, knowing themselves and others, and maintaining clarity in competition.
2. They are skilled at accurately seizing opportunities, daring and insightful, and always staying proactive in competition.
3. They have grand ambitions, dare to be the best, and maintain sharp determination in competition.
4. They possess a strong sense of mission, responsibility, unwavering belief in their cause, persistent perseverance, and a scientific and pragmatic attitude.
This book introduces the successful experiences of some contemporary renowned entrepreneurs and enterprises. It is divided into five main parts: Domestic Entrepreneurs, Domestic Enterprises, Foreign Entrepreneurs, Foreign Enterprises, and Foreign Business Practices, each with detailed introductions.
