Qin Shi Huang is a great hero who broke new ground, stood tall against the heavens, and shook the earth. With his entire life's energy, he established a multi-ethnic unified empire that stood between heaven and earth. His life is an epic! Since Qin Shi Huang, there has been an enduring unification of China, an ever-striving great China. Qin Shi Huang laid a glorious foundation for the Greater Chinese Nation.
In 403 BC, Chinese history entered the Warring States period. After intense wars of conquest among the over 100 vassal states during the Spring and Autumn period, the land of Huaxia saw the emergence of seven major powers: Qi, Chu, Yan, Han, Zhao, Wei, and Qin. Qin was in the west, Yan in the north, Qi in the east, and Chu in the south. The other states of Zhao, Han, and Wei occupied the Central Plains. To consolidate their rule, the states competed to implement political reforms aimed at "enriching the state and strengthening the army."
In 359 BC, Shang Yang carried out radical reforms in Qin, transforming the state from its remote western frontier into a dominant power on the land of Huaxia. From then on, successive Qin kings pursued a policy of "befriending distant states while attacking nearby ones," strengthening ties with Qi and Yan while attacking Han, Wei, Zhao, and Chu. Wars continued for a hundred years. Eventually, the historical giant who unified China, Qin Shi Huang, Ying Zheng, emerged. He "continued the legacy of the past six generations, wielded the long whip to rule the land, swallowed the two Zhou dynasties and destroyed the vassal states, ascended the throne to govern the six realms, and used the whip to discipline the world, his."
By 221 BC, he finally established a centralized, multi-ethnic feudal united state in China, becoming the first emperor of the dynasty. From then on, on the other side of the world, people like the Greeks and Romans also learned of the rise of a great power in the East, a power known as—"Qin."
