Features: The "China Western Development Information Encyclopedia" is published in separate volumes for comprehensive, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Guangxi, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Enshi Autonomous Prefecture of Hubei, Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture of Hunan, and Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture of Jilin, totaling 17 volumes. Except for the comprehensive volume, each volume is divided into nine parts: 1. Comprehensive Information; 2. Resource Information; 3. Industrial and Product Development Information; 4. Regional Development Information; 5. Development Plan Information; 6. Investment and Financing Information; 7. Policy and Regulation Information; 8. Enterprise Information; 9. Historical and Cultural Information. The content of the entire book is presented in the form of entries, with 3-4 levels of categorization designed according to the content. The first level is represented by "Roman numerals" (I-IX); the second level by "Arabic numerals"; the third level by "Chinese numerals in parentheses"; and the fourth level is the entry, represented by "fish-tailed numbers." For entries with more extensive content, Arabic numerals are used to denote sub-entries (without fish-tailed numbers) for clarity. For the convenience of readers, necessary charts and tables are provided in some entries. All figures are concentrated at the beginning of the text, accompanied by figure numbers (e.g., Fig. 1, Fig. 2), while tables are listed under the relevant entries. If there is only one table, it is not numbered but only titled; if there are multiple tables, they are sequentially numbered and placed before the table titles. The compilation of "China Western Development Information Encyclopedia·Gansu Volume" has always been guided by the strategy of Western Development, emphasizing the practicality, accuracy, local characteristics, and ethnic characteristics of the materials. It aims to present a comprehensive and objective overview of Gansu, establish a convenient and efficient information platform for Western Development, and contribute to the economic and cultural development of Gansu.
