Each book is organized into two parts based on legal departments for explanation. First, the spirit and system of the legal department are introduced macroscopically, summarizing the fundamental and essential legal values and purposes that guide the establishment of the department. Charts are used to outline the detailed knowledge structure system of the department. Second, key points of the legal department are explained in depth on a micro level, organized by topics. Each topic consists of five parts:
(1) Knowledge System Construction: Charts are used to outline a more specific knowledge structure system for the topic.
(2) Key Issue Reflection: Through two or more questions, we encourage reflection and analysis of the key points of the topic.
(3) Exam Question Trends: Summarize the examination patterns and key points of the topic's knowledge in past exam questions, clarifying the direction of examination.
(4) In-depth Explanation of Key Points: Centered on key points, we provide a deep explanation of the topic's knowledge, highlighting legal values and purposes, strengthening connections, contrasts, and distinctions, and implementing ( case training and breakthroughs) for key points.
(5) Key Legal Provisions Summary: Emphasize the integration of the topic's key knowledge points with legal provisions.
These five parts follow a logical progression from general to specific, then back to general, from in-depth to simplified, and then from simplified to in-depth. Starting with a macro perspective, they build a knowledge system, reinforcing its systematicity and interrelatedness. Moving to a micro perspective, they deeply explore the knowledge, enhancing vertical and horizontal comparisons, strengthening connections and distinctions, and highlighting legal values.
