Deep loss

Features: A patch of broken glass shards, those bottles and jars scattered onto the ground in chaos, already battered, were further crushed underfoot. On the grayish cement, they moaned silently, as if unveiling the prelude to a tragedy. Those white coats flickered and moved about in the dim background, like ghosts, clamoring noisily, yet their voices were indistinct. Occasionally, glasses flashed, but couldn’t hide the anxious glint beneath, a fire that seemed to burst out from nowhere, seemingly consuming everything, raging wildly with no target, suffocating. Was that really a dream? Why so familiar, yet filled with a cold indifference unrelated to oneself.
