Features: Another part of this book focuses on winemaking techniques at vineyards. This is primarily aimed at regional farmers, agricultural tourism and rural tourism industries, as well as small-scale deep processing industries that utilize local advantages in agricultural products. Farmers' vineyards should prioritize producing "exquisite" wines for self-production, self-consumption, and local consumption, gradually expanding market space. By combining rural scenery, local cuisine, and distinctive wines, this approach promotes the interaction of the first, second, and third industries in rural areas and increases farmers' income. Given these two objectives, this book strives to be both accessible and practical, incorporating advanced scientific and technological advancements from both domestic and international sources.
During the writing process, this book benefited from the newly developed research achievements and data provided by a group of long-term researchers at our institution specializing in the preservation of fruits such as grapes. The second chapter on market competitiveness was written by Zeng Qingwei from the Marketing Department, while Yang Weidong compiled and edited the section on grape storage and preservation. Gao Xianting from the Vineyard Grape Research Center of the Tianjin Forestry and Pomology Research Institute provided some data, which was compiled and edited by Xiude Ren for the grape processing section. Both sections of the manuscript were reviewed by Zhu Qiuying for relevant chapters, and Xiude Ren conducted the final compilation, revision, and finalization. Gratitude is expressed to all involved.
