Features: In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, an increasing number of farmers have begun to leave the land they have cultivated for generations to seek opportunities in cities. The migration of farmers to urban areas has not only made outstanding contributions to the economic construction and development of cities but has also enabled them to learn new skills, broaden their horizons, enhance their capabilities, and increase their income. Some farmers, after acquiring skills and accumulating funds in cities, have established their own businesses there, while others have returned to their hometowns to start businesses, making positive contributions to accelerating rural labor transfer training and increasing farmers' income. As China's urban-rural economic and social development becomes more coordinated and the process of urbanization accelerates, the external environment for farmers migrating to cities will continue to improve. At the same time, cities will have higher demands for the quality of rural labor. "Life is easy at home, but everything is difficult when away," as the saying goes. If farmers migrating to cities lack certain professional qualities and skills, coupled with the challenges of being in an unfamiliar environment, it will be difficult for them to find employment smoothly. "The Merchant Salesperson Guidance Handbook" is designed to meet the practical needs of rural labor transfer training. Using simple and accessible language in the form of comic strips, it introduces the fundamental knowledge, professional qualities, service procedures, and basic skills that farmers working as merchant salespeople should master. The handbook is highly targeted, instructive, and practical. We sincerely wish that farmers migrating to cities can, on the stage of coordinated urban-rural economic development and the comprehensive construction of a socialist new rural China, use their wisdom and diligence to create a bright future!
