Features: Starting with being woken up by a phone call from a friend named Ade at midnight, "I" embarked on a series of misfortunes. "I" was mistaken for a tree thief by a sanitation worker and arrested, dragged into trouble by a friend who couldn’t care less about peace, and then went on an escape and a wild run, and so on. After suffering misfortune for half the night, "I" was hit by a bicycle while going to school in the morning and ended up in the hospital, where "I" met Lan Xingcao, who bore a strong resemblance to the daughter of a gang leader, and her elegant and refined mother. Lan Xingcao, on her mother’s orders, took "I" back to school. To their surprise, they turned out to be at the same school. Just as they arrived during a break-time exercise, Lan Xingcao supported "I" and walked through in front of over two thousand students. Their friend Ade, as usual, played a prank by leading the applause, making "I" and Lan Xingcao the "stars" of the entire school. Teasing from classmates and ideological education from the principal became a daily routine. The crazy Lan Xingcao took "I" to volunteer as a guardian of landscape trees, where they engaged in a fierce battle with the tree thieves, but the process was filled with joy. Their friendship deepened, but suddenly, their gossipy classmates and Lan Xingcao’s mother informed "I" that Lan Xingcao, who had always been as wild as a boy, had limited time left. On the last volunteer night, "I" and Lan Xingcao drove a newly invented micro sports car invented by their third uncle and roared through the streets, accompanying Lan Xingcao in her madness to the very end.
