Based on systematic theoretical research, it draws on the experience of developed countries in implementing work-sharing. It first adopts a small-scale pilot program, then conducts widespread surveys, followed by enterprise research and consultations, ultimately summarizing work-sharing models suitable for China's national conditions. Both theoretically and empirically, work-sharing is shown to be beneficial not only in addressing the current structural unemployment in China but also in tackling deep-seated absolute labor surplus. The implementation of work-sharing will undoubtedly provide a feasible path for China to scientifically address employment issues and offer a promising future for solving unemployment problems.
