Features: The car drives on the highway at midnight, climbs to the mountain top, where the city lights below are denser than usual. Christmas lights still buzz after people fall asleep. The car spins on the side of the highway and is quickly restrained by Nan Si. Yet, it veers towards the mountain wall on the inside of the road. Nan Si feels it dance as it completes a roll. Morning fog rises from the bay below the mountain. Lu climbs out of the rhomboid car window, glancing at the car shaped like a urinal, at the glacier-like road in front of and behind her, and then at her mother's strawberry-like face. Nan Si's eyes open, watching Lu walk head down and feet up along the highway.
