Is the hepatitis B test report normal?

Patient's question:

Function: Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) result is 74.0, reference range is 0-40 U/L. Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) result is 59.0, reference range is 0-42 U/L. Other results are within the reference range.
Hepatitis B surface antigen and hepatitis B e antigen are positive in the two pairs of tests, while others are negative.
Hepatitis B viral load: result is 1.011E+08 COPIES/mL, corresponding reference range is 1.0E+08--1.0E+09 (high).
Liver fibrosis: results are within the reference range.

Doctor's answer:

According to your test results, you have an acute early stage of HBV infection and are highly contagious. Based on careful clinical observation, women who are positive for hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and e antigen (HBeAg) have a high risk of transmitting the hepatitis B virus to their newborns, with an infection rate as high as 88.1%. Among these cases, 5% are infected in utero, while the vast majority are infected during the perinatal period by inhaling maternal blood, amniotic fluid, or vaginal secretions. The infection rate for newborns of mothers with only a single positive hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) is 38%. It is not advisable to get pregnant during this stage of hepatitis B remission, as the virus can be transmitted from mother to child through horizontal transmission during pregnancy.
