Why is high blood pressure so tiring?

Patient's question:

Patient: Female, 44 years old, blood pressure 160, ventilation 100. This is what I just measured. The high blood pressure is a bit high, much higher than the normal blood pressure. The ventilation is also very high. Sometimes I feel dizzy and very tired. What should I do about high blood pressure?

Doctor's answer:

The blood pressure you just measured is 160/100, which is high. It is recommended to go to a regular hospital's cardiology outpatient department for a recheck and measure your blood pressure again. If it remains around this value or even higher, antihypertensive medication should be prescribed under the guidance of a doctor, along with a low-sodium, low-fat diet. If you are overweight, appropriate physical exercise should be engaged in to control your weight, and blood pressure should be measured periodically.
