Features: Chemical supervision is one of the important links to ensure the safe, economical, and stable operation of power generation and supply equipment. It is essential to adopt testing methods and scientific management approaches that can adapt to the development of power production to promptly identify and eliminate potential hazards related to chemical supervision, preventing accidents. Implementing power plant chemical testing standards, including water and steam, oil quality, and coal quality standards, is a crucial means of organizing power production and ensuring the safe and economical operation of units, as well as an important component of modern enterprise management. To facilitate the learning and implementation of power plant chemical testing standards by chemical testing personnel, the expert Cao Changwu and the Second Editorial Office of China Standard Press jointly compiled the "Selected Standards for Power Plant Chemical Testing" series. This series is divided into three sub-series: water and steam testing, oil quality testing, and coal quality testing. Each sub-series of this series includes two parts: basic standards and testing method standards. Since sample collection and preparation are prerequisites for testing, sampling standards are included in the basic standards. Common and important standards used in power plant chemical testing are selected for this series. This sub-series, "Selected Standards for Power Plant Chemical Testing - Coal Quality Testing," includes 3 basic standards and 30 testing method standards, among which 25 are national standards and 8 are industry standards. The attributes of the national standards collected in this compilation are indicated in this catalog (GB or GB/T), with the year represented by four digits. Some national standards were published before the national standard cleanup and revision, and have not been updated yet. Therefore, the original text is retained in the main body. When readers use these national standards, their attributes should be based on those indicated in this catalog (please note the attributes of standards referenced in the "References" section of the standard text). Due to differences in publishing organizations and years, the formats, symbols, designations, units, and terminology of the standards included in this compilation vary. During this compilation, only obvious errors in the technical content of foreign standards and other clearly inappropriate aspects were corrected. This compilation is primarily intended for production frontline personnel and technical management personnel engaged in coal quality testing in various types of power plants, including large, medium, and small-scale power plants, self-provided power plants in various industries, and thermal power plants. It is also suitable for personnel and departments in various industries engaged in coal quality testing and related fields.
