Patient's question:
Severe premature ejaculation: Less than 1 minute, 22 years old this year, the sensitive GT of the foreskin causesDoctor's answer:
First, you need to understand the concept of premature ejaculation: The characteristics of premature ejaculation are that ejaculation occurs always or almost always within about 1 minute before or after vaginal insertion; the inability to delay ejaculation during all or almost all of vaginal penetration; and the occurrence of negative consequences, such as distress, anxiety, frustration, and/or avoidance of intimate sexual activity. Although you partially meet the criteria for premature ejaculation, the main issue is that you have very little sexual activity. If possible, regular sexual activity may help prolong the time and improve appropriate sexual techniques, such as changing positions or diverting attention. If this doesn't work, medication can be considered for treatment. Currently, dapoxetine is available, but it should be used under the guidance of a physician. At 22, I don't know if you're married or if your sexual activity is regular. If you're not married and have infrequent sexual activity, I recommend not starting treatment yet. Nerve-blocking surgery is not advisable in this case. There are now specialized medications available for treating premature ejaculation.
