Features: Hosting a meal at home is something many people find troublesome. First, you need to worry about the menu; second, you have to go on a shopping spree; third, you spend a long time cooking in the kitchen, making the whole place messy, greasy, and full of cooking smells. These three reasons alone are enough to make many people prefer spending a bit more money to have a meal out rather than cooking at home. Over the decades I've been teaching, I've taught many students and encountered numerous problems they've had, with the most common being, "How do I host a meal at home?" Students often say, "Teacher, I don't know how to host a meal!" or "Hosting a meal requires cooking many dishes, but I don't know many recipes, and it seems so troublesome and exhausting!" or "Teacher, buying groceries and planning the menu is so complicated!" These many issues seem to keep appearing in different groups of students. It seems that "hosting guests" is truly troublesome and exhausting! Otherwise, how come I've been constantly encountering students asking this question for all these years? Because of this, in many of the cookbooks I've published, I've also designed some themes specifically for hosting meals, but most of them were primarily meat-based, and I never really created a book dedicated to vegetarian hosting dishes. This time, I had the opportunity to dedicate myself to creating a cookbook for vegetarian friends, and also to give friends who are tired of meat a chance to switch things up. In reality, whether it's meat or vegetarian, the most important thing about hosting a meal is the thought behind it. With the right mindset, everything else becomes a non-issue. Think about it—small gatherings with a few close friends, or a family reunion around the fireplace—these are such joyful pleasures of life! When you're worrying about menu planning or the preparations for hosting a meal, those worries completely vanish when you see the happy expressions of your guests! To give everyone the confidence to host a meal at home, I've provided 50 delicious dishes suitable for hosting, including appetizers, main dishes, soups, and desserts—essentially, everything you need. In the recipes, I've also detailed the number of servings and cooking times so that you can have accurate information and better manage your preparations in advance. Additionally, for all the small and big details to consider when hosting a meal, such as menu setting, shopping tips, cooking tricks, and more, I've thought of everything you might need to know. The main goal is to share the joy of hosting a meal with you, a feeling that can only be truly experienced when you step into the kitchen yourself. With a cookbook as thoughtful as this one, I believe you'll love it, because you can definitely feel my dedication. Believe me, you'll find exactly what you need in this book. Hosting a meal will no longer be a source of stress but will instead bring you joy and happiness as you share delicious food and happiness with everyone!
