Features: Economics, though an import, had a period marked by the strong influence of the Qian-Jia scholarly style. Research and writing emphasized that every stroke had a source, every word was rooted in the classics, every sentence had a precedent, and every piece had evidence. Whether it aligned with practice or solved real-world problems was secondary. In my humble opinion, such "persistence" is merely superficial. In contrast, works like On the Ten Major Relationships and On Correctly Handling the Contradictions Among the People, as well as many of Comrade Xiaoping's articles and speeches, contain few citations and rely heavily on existing conclusions. Historically, such research was often deemed unorthodox, but practice has proven it to be a masterpiece of applying Marxist standpoints, perspectives, and methods to solve contemporary pressing real-world problems, truly adhering to and developing Marxism.
