Features: Ontology and Interpretation has already been published in two volumes, and the third volume is now also about to be published. The title of this volume is Ontology and Interpretation. The second volume was titled Onto-Hermeneutics. This volume is titled Ontology and Interpretation: A Comparative Study of East and West. Originally, this volume was planned to focus on the discussion of interpretive theories in Chinese classics. However, as the current academic field seems to have not yet matured in its discussion of the ontology and methods of interpretation, there remains ample theoretical exploration space. Therefore, further strengthening the understanding of ontology and interpretive theories in both East and West will undoubtedly further stimulate scholars' interest in current East-West interpretive theories. It will also benefit the depth and broader development of Chinese hermeneutics. Naturally, this will also promote scholars' comparative understanding of "Onto-Hermeneutics" and "Philosophical Hermeneutics," as well as their emphasis on the relevance of reconstructing Chinese philosophy and Chinese classical hermeneutics.
