Doctor's answer:

Recall if you have had a cold recently? There is a high possibility of orchitis. Consider that taking a sauna may have caused it due to external force. Rule out tumors, testicular tumors? Shěn Xī? Mèi Biàn? The texture is relatively hard. The hard lump is an inflammatory mass caused by orchitis. Intravenous antibiotics for four weeks (Ciprofloxacin 0.2 mg twice daily or Ceftriaxone 2.0 mg twice daily), plus oral blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs, physical therapy or heat application to the affected area. During treatment, avoid sexual activity, drink plenty of water, and get adequate rest. If the lump decreases in size and pain disappears, it is orchitis. If not, go to the hospital for an ultrasound examination or biopsy.
