What is the process of ejaculation?

Patient's question:

My boyfriend usually gets erect as soon as he hugs me, and if I touch him, he gets erect immediately. When we're together, even if he's just had sex, as long as I get close to him, he gets erect right away. In short: he gets erect very easily, and the frequency is very high. However, during sex, he finishes very quickly. Sometimes he finishes after just a few moves, usually after 10-20 thrusts, and he never lasts more than 2 minutes. The first 4-5 thrusts feel good, but after that, he doesn't seem as hard, and there's not much sensation. I never feel his ejaculation, and I've never had an orgasm.

Doctor's answer:

Hello: Your condition still falls under the symptoms of premature ejaculation.
A. Oral Medication: To reduce excitement, low-dose anti-anxiety or sedative medications can be administered. You may choose one of the following:
Tr tablets 0.1–0.3 grams, three times daily.
Phenobarbital 0.03 grams, three times daily.
Oryzanol 10 milligrams, three times daily.
Probenecid 30 milligrams + Librium 20 milligrams, once nightly.
Take 25 milligrams of thioridazine one hour before intercourse to inhibit ejaculation.
B. Topical Medication: 0.5–1 hour before intercourse, wash the glans penis and apply a small amount of anesthetic cream, such as 1% diclofenac ointment, or 1% procaine or 2% cocaine. Note that only a small amount should be applied to the tip of the glans—excessive application may reduce the ejaculation reflex, even leading to anejaculation, and may also affect erectile function, causing weak erections.
