Features: The "Management Case Library Tutorial" is created and written based on empirical case sources, through the collaborative effort of over 500 experts and teachers from 100 universities. It integrates their respective teaching experiences and comprehensive management knowledge. It not only improves the main knowledge points of management tutorials in 10 core business management courses but also features clear and accessible language, fully reflecting the localization of Chinese enterprise characteristics. It is tailored to the reading comprehension level of students from 100 universities, both undergraduate and vocational. The cases in this book are designed to complement and support the theoretical tutorials, cultivating, training, and enhancing students' ability to apply the business management knowledge they have learned to guide management practices. Teaching cases are objective descriptions of real management scenarios or events centered around specific management issues for a defined teaching purpose. Essentially, teaching cases are a tool used in the case teaching method of business management education and training, closely dependent on the success or failure of the case teaching method. For the educational subjects we currently target, they cannot fully replace teaching methods already adopted in the business management teaching process, such as teachers' classroom theoretical knowledge lectures and students' independent completion of homework outside class.
