Features: This book is compiled according to the current teaching syllabus requirements of secondary schools in China, specifically targeting high school students participating in the Olympic competition. In the compilation process, we not only ensured that the book covers all the knowledge points mentioned in the syllabus but also emphasized the connection between textbook knowledge and practical applications. Some content in this book originates from the syllabus but is slightly above it. Therefore, this question bank serves as a guide and model for students participating in high school chemistry competitions. During the compilation of this question bank, we selected some national questions and competition questions from various regions in recent years. Detailed and comprehensive solutions are provided for every question in the book, allowing candidates to analyze and solve typical examples. Through a limited number of example analyses, we aim to fully demonstrate the thinking and methods of solving chemistry problems, broaden students' problem-solving perspectives, and improve their analytical and problem-solving abilities. This question bank consists of three main parts: Hint Summary, Sample Problems – focusing on introducing general problem-solving approaches and methods, with selected examples emphasizing typicality, representativeness, diversity, and novelty; Practice Competition Questions – designed for student practice, with selected exercises carefully balancing breadth and depth. At the end of the book, we have specially added an appendix section, featuring selected recent competition papers with reference answers and scoring standards, to help students understand the actual competition scenario and conduct practical exercises. We believe that through the process of studying and using this book, students' self-learning and thinking abilities will be honed and improved.
