Features: "The Theory of Music in Rhyme" was written after the Third Plenary Session of the Party. In this small book with over ten thousand words, the author not only explains "Rhymes for Recognizing Simple Staff Notation" but also covers "Rhymes for Recognizing Staff Notation" and "Rhymes for Recognizing Gongche Notation," all three systems of notation. The entire book only uses 140 rhymes to illustrate these, which can be considered extremely concise. In terms of writing style, the three parts have varying numbers of chapters, totaling 31, 30, and 9, respectively. This is because some content already thoroughly explained in the "Simple Staff Notation" part, such as note names, syllables, scales, octaves, intervals, weak starts, and time signatures, is either omitted or not elaborated on in the second and third parts, "Staff Notation" and "Gongche Notation."
