In the Aroma House Tea House

Author: Sha Ting
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2003-08-01
Features: The novels included in this book are: "Lebao Director's Leisure," "Chronicles of a Town," "At the Xiangxiang Tea House," "A Film Screening in Hehe Township," "Night Market," and "Three Measures of Wheat." The pace of the times has moved away from us, and it is somewhat challenging for readers (especially those from Sichuan University of Arts and Science) to appreciate and savor the life details and folk customs in Sha's works. Understanding some dialects and folk tales is also difficult. Moreover, many scenes from that era no longer exist. Therefore, during the photo-shooting process, we focused on conveying the geographical and cultural environments, aiming for some breakthroughs and expansions. We hope that through this opportunity, more people can gain a more comprehensive understanding of the regional culture and local customs of northwestern Sichuan.
