Features: The Long March is an unparalleled revolutionary undertaking in human history, a miracle created by the Communist Party of China and the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, and a thrilling epic of heroism in the history of the Chinese nation. To commemorate the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Long March of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, and to comprehensively and objectively reflect the glorious achievements of the Communist Party of China in leading the Red Army on the great Long March, we organized local Party history departments and Party history workers to write and edit the book "Red Torrent—A Complete Record of the Red Army's Long March." The writing of this book follows the current administrative divisions, with chapters organized by the provinces the Red Army passed through during the Long March. The arrangement of the book begins with an overview of the Long March, followed by the starting point, passing points, and finally the destination of the Red Army. Since four Red Army units participated in the Long March and their routes intersected, the arrangement is ordered both chronologically and in consideration of the routes.
