The overall design of this textbook adopts a combination of plenary sessions and group discussions as the teaching method. The opening ceremony, thematic lectures, and closing ceremony are conducted as plenary sessions with all participants attending. During study sessions, participants can be divided into multiple groups, allowing each student the opportunity to engage actively—whether through hands-on activities or verbal presentations. Instructors and students, as well as students among themselves, can inspire and communicate with each other, sharing their experiences, knowledge, and achievements.
