Features: This textbook is designed for foreign students who have studied Chinese for one year (approximately 800 hours) in full-time schools. It is also suitable for foreign students who have mastered the primary vocabulary outlined in the Syllabus for Chinese Language Teaching for Foreign Students in Higher Education (Long-term Advanced Training) and have achieved a Level 3 score on the Chinese Proficiency Test.
I. Principles of Compilation:
(1) Reflecting the characteristics of intermediate listening courses;

II. Structure:
This textbook consists of 64 lessons, divided into 4 volumes. Each volume contains 16 lessons, organized into two units, including 14 lessons and two unit tests. Text materials and audio cassettes are used in conjunction. The textbook includes a vocabulary list, lessons, and reference answers for teacher use and post-class review by students. The workbook contains vocabulary and exercises for students to use while listening to audio. The vocabulary, grammar point words, and reference answers for exercises in the lesson sections are color-coded. Sentences containing grammar points are underlined for the convenience of teachers in preparing lessons and students in reviewing. The specific arrangement is as follows:
(1) Vocabulary list and grammar points;
(2) Intensive listening section;
(3) Extensive listening section;
(4) Discussion questions.
