Features: This book is the second volume of my work on Civil Law Property Rights, including Usufruct Rights and Possession. The section on Possession was originally a standalone volume, as it involves fundamental property rights systems and is quite extensive. The section on Usufruct Rights is newly added, focusing on analyzing the legal structures of various usufruct rights, discussing important practical disputes, and exploring the correlation between the development of usufruct rights and the changes in Taiwanese society. The publication of this book was assisted by Mr. Cheng Mingren in proofreading. Mr. Lin Qingxian, with his long-standing kindness, took charge of reviewing the entire book, providing new legal materials and improvement suggestions, and his sincere gratitude is expressed here. Due to the early drafting of the section on Security Interests, many issues were not thoroughly considered, and errors are inevitable. A comprehensive review and supplementation will be conducted after the completion of the entire work on Civil Law Property Rights.
