Publishing Time: Not available
Features: The book "Economic Law Tutorial" is based on the current legislative status of economic laws in China, not bound by rigid forms, and provides a detailed and comprehensive interpretation of significant economic legal norms in economic life. Since its publication in July 2001, the book has only been out for over two years, but the legal norms it explains have undergone changes. With the deepening of China's market economy development, laws are becoming increasingly sound and perfect, and "Economic Law Tutorial" has fallen behind legislative practice. This revised edition of "Economic Law Tutorial" (this edition) fully considers the developments and changes in legislation and legal practice over the past two years. At the same time, based on feedback from users of previous editions, the content has been appropriately adjusted, with case studies added to each chapter to further highlight its practicality. This edition is widely applicable and can be used for teaching economic law to non-law majors such as MBA, MPA, and management graduate and undergraduate students. It can also serve as a reference for law enthusiasts and participants in various economic law training programs. During the writing process of this edition, the leadership of the School of Management at University of Science and Technology Beijing provided great support and assistance, without which the publication of this book would not have been possible. Special thanks are also given to Mr. Zhang Jianming and Mr. Liu Li for their support and help in the writing of this book, as well as to Mr. Lu Xiaosheng of Economic Management Press for their efforts in the publication of this book.
