Features: To conduct an in-depth study of "Huangge Qilin Culture," further inherit and promote the charm of traditional culture, showcase the appearance of Huangge, and drive economic development, the Huangge Town of Panyu District, Guangzhou, the Guangdong Folk Literature and Art Association, and the Folklore Research Center of Sun Yat-sen University joined hands to compile the book "Huangge Qilin Culture." By the end of 2001, the intention of collaboration was expressed, and in January 2002, the editorial committee was jointly established. The editorial committee was primarily composed of researchers from the Folklore Research Center of Sun Yat-sen University. With the strong assistance of the Guangdong Folk Literature and Art Association and relevant personnel from Huangge Town, the entire book was completed after nearly a year. This book starts with the specific cultural phenomenon of the Qilin Dance, attempting to comprehensively present all aspects of Qilin culture, hoping to contribute to the exploration of the integration of ancient traditional culture and modern economic construction, a topic with great practical significance. Additionally, the book provides a relatively detailed introduction to the political, economic, and cultural construction status of Huangge Town, aiming to comprehensively showcase the achievements of the two civilizations in Huangge.
