Features: To regulate the work of applying for master's degrees based on equivalent academic standing and ensure the quality of degree conferment, the 16th meeting of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee decided to introduce the National Unified Examination for Comprehensive Academic Level in the same field for applicants with equivalent academic standing. Effective from September 1, 1999, individuals applying for master's degrees with equivalent academic standing must obtain the "Certificate of Qualification for the National Unified Examination for Comprehensive Academic Level in the Relevant Field" to meet the prerequisite for obtaining a master's degree. The purpose of the Comprehensive Academic Level Examination is to strengthen the macro-control and standardized management of the state's conferment of master's degrees to individuals with equivalent academic standing, and it serves as a crucial step organized by the state to assess the professional knowledge structure and level of applicants for master's degrees with equivalent academic standing. In 1998, we organized experts to compile and publish the "Outline and Guide for the National Unified Examination for Comprehensive Academic Level in Business Administration for Applicants with Equivalent Academic Standing." Over the past five years, based on suggestions from a large number of candidates and relevant experts, we have revised this book carefully on the basis of summarizing the experience of recent unified examinations. The revised new outline (Second Edition) will serve as the basis for setting questions for the National Unified Examination for Comprehensive Academic Level in Business Administration for applicants with equivalent academic standing in the coming years. It is also provided as a reference for universities and colleges in teaching and tutoring related subjects, as well as for candidates in reviewing and preparing for the examination.
