Publish Date: 2006-11-01
Features: This book is part of the "Graduate Teaching Guidance Series." It covers 10 topics, including Introduction to Administrative Law, Administrative Subjects, Abstract Administrative Acts, Administrative Licenses, Administrative Contracts, Administrative Compulsions, Administrative Penalties, Administrative Hearings, Administrative Compensation, and Administrative Reimbursement. Since its publication, the book has been well-received by readers, has been reprinted multiple times, and some of its viewpoints have been frequently cited. Additionally, the Ministry of Education has designated it as one of the official textbooks for graduate law students across the country. This is the second edition, reflecting legislative advancements and theoretical progress in administrative law.
The main changes in this edition are as follows: First, additional topics such as Abstract Administrative Acts, Administrative Contracts, and Administrative Hearings have been added. The primary reason is that the content related to these topics has seen significant progress in both theory and practice in recent years. Second, "Administrative Compulsory Measures" has been revised to "Administrative Compulsion," expanding its content compared to the original. Third, "Administrative Compensation and Administrative Reimbursement" has been split into two separate topics: "Administrative Compensation" and "Administrative Reimbursement." This is because both topics have seen new developments in theory and practice. Administrative compensation has made notable progress, while administrative reimbursement has experienced rapid advancements. Fourth, the topic "Administrative Reconsideration and Administrative Litigation" has been removed. The main reason is that the content covered by this topic is extensive, and the issues involved are highly complex. Given the limited of this book, it was necessary to omit this topic.
