It serves as a stepping stone for later scholars to study ancient pulse diagnosis texts such as the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon and the Difficult Issues, as well as an invaluable resource for modern research on pulse diagnosis. This book is part of the Essential Readings for Beginners in Traditional Chinese Medicine series and includes Comprehensive Explanation of Pulse Diagnosis of Bianhu by Li Shizhen, the Ming Dynasty sage of medicine. The book is divided into two parts, with content covering seven aspects: explanation of the title, original text, annotations, translations, insights and applications, and modern research, allowing readers to systematically understand and gain a deeper insight into the entire work. The book is comprehensive, with annotations that are easy to understand, making it suitable for reading, learning, and reference by and students of traditional Chinese medicine.
