Features: A market economy is a rule of law economy. To adapt to the new requirements of the market economy in the 21st century and to meet the new challenges of "accession to the WTO," we aim to cultivate high-quality legal professionals. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's guidelines for general higher education institutions as a whole, we focused on two aspects during the writing process: first, the scientific and logical consistency within each book, and second, the coordination of course requirements across different disciplines in legal studies. We organized teachers from over ten universities specializing in law to write this series of textbooks for use by undergraduate and associate-degree students in legal studies. This textbook has the following features:
1. Reflects new achievements in legal theory and new developments in legislation and law enforcement. This series of textbooks strives to incorporate new findings in legal theory research and cutting-edge theoretical perspectives, adopting newly promulgated laws and regulations, especially those issued or revised in China after joining the WTO.
2. Emphasizes the scientific organization of the textbook structure. The cross-referencing and logical connections between chapters are designed to avoid repetition and omissions.
3. Focuses on foundational materials and reasonably controls the difficulty level of the content. This textbook is designed according to the requirements of undergraduate legal education and the national unified judicial examination, balancing depth and breadth to reflect academic foresight while emphasizing the fundamental framework, basic knowledge, and core theories of law. It aims to make the material easily comprehensible and meet the expected standards for undergraduate students.
4. Concise, practical, and easy to understand. Tailored to the characteristics of undergraduate students and the course schedules, the textbooks are designed to be concise, practical, and written in accordance with standards, using clear and accessible language to facilitate self-study.
