Particularly, the numerous articles analyzing Supreme People's Court second-instance cases published in the book, which are based on the final judgments of the Supreme People's Court in civil second-instance cases, fully explain the adjudication approach of the Supreme People's Court in handling related cases. These articles are characterized by rigorous reasoning, thorough analysis, and high authority, and have been well-received by readers.
To further leverage the unique role of Supreme People's Court second-instance case analyses in civil trial guidance and reference, and to establish a long-term mechanism that meets reader needs and facilitates reading, the editors have decided to integrate and independently compile all articles analyzing Supreme People's Court second-instance cases from the 2000 to 2005 editions of Civil Trial Guidance and Reference, with plans to publish them regularly in the future. During this editing process, the editors categorized all the analysis articles by case type, conducted further proofreading and organization, added legal principles notes to earlier published articles, and standardized the format of the articles.
