The Upper Part mainly introduces the origin and development of Gua Sha therapy, its mechanism of action, its therapeutic effects, the types and techniques of Gua Sha, the scraping methods and sequences for different parts of the body, the postures and steps for Gua Sha, its indications, contraindications, and precautions, holographic Gua Sha theory, the principles of point selection in Gua Sha and the method of point combination. The Lower Part is the treatment section, mainly focusing on the Gua Sha treatment methods for various conditions. The Appendix provides the location and indications of the 14 meridian points.
