Features: Preface Overseas training is an important component of procuratorial education and training. Focusing on this work is of great significance for promoting the in-depth development of procuratorial work. Through organizing overseas training, it can help participating procurators conduct comparative studies on the judicial systems, procuratorial systems, and their operations in relevant countries and regions, broaden their horizons, and enhance their knowledge. It is also beneficial for learning from the feasible experiences of other countries and regions, promoting the development and improvement of China's judicial and procuratorial systems, and fostering better understanding, cooperation, and exchange between China's procuratorial organs and their overseas counterparts. Since 2001, the intensity of overseas training for procuratorial organs has been increasing year by year, showing a positive development trend.
Since the Political Department of the Supreme People's Procuratorate has taken charge of overseas training, it has further strengthened its links and cooperation with relevant departments and units. Starting from standardizing management and optimizing effectiveness, it has formulated a series of standardized documents, including the "Management Measures for Overseas Training and Advanced Studies of Procuratorial Personnel," improving the management system, refining the training mechanisms, and tightening management measures. A training framework combining "bringing in" and "going out," as well as domestic and overseas training, has been formed. The channels for overseas training have been expanding year by year, with increasing scale, higher levels, and deeper themes and content. It is moving in a healthy direction toward research-style training, where group teams undertake research projects collectively, and individuals focus on specific topics. The quality and effectiveness of the training have also improved.
A large number of procurators have participated in overseas training, conducting comparative studies and in-depth reflections on many important issues in China's and foreign judicial and procuratorial systems and their operations. They have produced a wealth of high-quality research outcomes with significant theoretical and practical value. The "Collected Works of Procurators' Overseas Training Achievements" selects outstanding results from these studies for regular editing and publication. This is an effective measure to consolidate the outcomes of overseas training, promote the transformation of achievements, and drive the advancement of work.
The "Collected Works of Procurators' Overseas Training Achievements" has the following characteristics:

Readers can gain a relatively intuitive understanding of the history and reality of the judicial and procuratorial systems in those countries or regions and obtain valuable information.
3. Practical Relevance: While objectively revealing the judicial and procuratorial systems of other countries and regions, the authors also (base themselves on China's actual conditions), paying attention to comparative analysis and research on relevant issues. Readers are expected to find valuable inspiration in these works.
